La revista Rolling Stone publicó un polémico listado con las 100 mejores series de todos los tiempos que dejó a HBO más que conforme.

En primer lugar se lo llevó “The Sopranos”, la magistral historia creada y producida por David Chase en 1999. Un escalón más abajo quedó el policial “The wire”, otro producto de la cadena estadounidense. Cerró el podio “Breaking bad”, el drama que llevó a Bryan Cranston a la fama mundial.

Como era de esperarse, la elección despertó amores y enojos por parte de los fanáticos de este formato. Principalmente por algunos detalles imperdonables: “Game of thrones” no entró en el top ten, “The walking dead” y “House of cards” quedaron casi en la cola de la lista y “Prison break” y “Stranger things” directamente ni figuraron.
