El primer corte fue Shot At The Night (colaborado por M83), y semanas después se conoció Just Another Girl es el segundo single nuevo que develó The Killers.
Direct Hits se estrenó hoy tanto en versión standard como delux, a lo que se le adjuntó un DVD. Además, está incluido el remix hecho por Calvin Harris para el tema When We Were Young.
