Adam Lambert respondió a los rumores sobre el “nuevo álbum” de Queen

Rumores acerca de un nuevo disco de Queen comenzaron a circular desde que una foto en instagram de Brian May la semana pasada generó muchas expectativas. ¿Será realmete una posibilidad?

El actual frontman de la banda, Adam Lambert, que pone su voz desde hace unos años en las giras en lugar de Freddie Mercury, declaró que “no sabe nada” al respecto. De todas formas, ¿lo involucraría? La legendaria banda se presenta como Queen + Adam Lambert, a sabiendas de que no sería bien recibido salir a tocar con su nombre de siempre cuando la voz que lo identifica ya no está más.

El 3 de septiembre, May acudió a Instagram para mostrar capturas de video de “un mensaje que hizo” de un aviso de un “álbum” que sería anunciado más adelante. Sí, usó la palabra álbum.

Sin embargo, como reporta el sitio Blabbermouth, Lambert adjudicó la especulación a una posible confusión con “álbum de fotos”. El guitarrista es un conocido fanático de la fotografía etereostópica, algo que ya se pudo ver en el libro de 2017 Queen in 3-D.

“No he hablado con él al respecto, tengo que preguntar. Debería enviarle un mensaje de texto, “¡¿Qué álbum ?!”

Hi folks. Thanks for the messages. Apologies for my quietness. The return to ‘normal’ life plus East-bound jet lag always wipes me out.
